Sold a Single Family home in 2022 in Myrtle beach, SC.
Matt was a great asset to our house sale. Our house has some unique challenges and It was quite the ride from start to finish. I always could count on Matt for good information or an encouraging word. Matt’s knowledge of the area, available inventory and current market conditions gave us the confidence that we were in good hands. We decided to lower our price after a few weeks and Matt helped us find the right price. We were under contract within a few days after. We decided to rent after selling the house but will be in the market to buy again in the next couple of years. There is no doubt that we will use Mat Harris and the rest of the Greg Sission team when we are ready.
